Diabolical customer service no help atol

I paid my halifax loan off 2 months ago and it's still outstanding on my credit report as not paid ,I've made various phone calls this month to get this sorted ,everything I've been told is a lie there has been no help or progress whatsoever ,this morning I've made 6 phone calls
1st - 17mins
2nd- 35mims
3rd - 9mims
4th- 21mims
5th- 11mins
6th-7mims
On these phone calls I spoke to over 14 different people including an Indian call centre after being on hold for 27mins . And I still have to leave my house in my wheelchair and go to the local branch because I was just being tram defers to different people everything . The service is absolutely pathetic , I was hung up on 3 times and told I won't be put through to another person but them got put to an automated service that I already did when I first rung. Halifax is a big bank with a awful customer service team I actually can't believe how bad that was this morning and I've got nowhere I've also been declined 2 mortgages because this loan is outstanding . Absolutely diabolical customer service this is why I left the bank 4 years ago . there customer service line isn't for help it's just people that continuously transfer you to other people .
Can't wait for my mobile phone bill .
