Went in store to open an account, the lady was happy to take me aside to a computer and start opening my account. But because I had missing paperwork I had to come back. This time there were 3 members of staff available, the man that was dealing with my request just looks at me a little agitated as I was interrupting his little chat with colleagues and wanted to do something that would take him quite long. So he asks me my age, makes a face as if it's an issue and just gives me paperwork to send off and apply that way, when he could have just done I there and then but instead he was more worried about continuing to gossip with his colleagues, I shortly opened an account with somebody else that had time for me. Thanks for nothing, must be ace getting paid to gossip and just send customers away with paperwork to do it themselves. You haven't just lost one customer that was interested to open an account with you but many more will be closing live accounts due to your poor customer service.
