For anyone considering switching to co-op personally I hate it and ive only been with them a few weeks i switched 2 of my accounts to them. Unnecessarily complex and time wasting logins, you cant use the security question answers you want to use or that are accurate cause they wont let you use a word with less than 5 letters, the site is regularly down for maintinence in the evenings. Also one of my cards never arrived and eventhough ive now got it im still waiting for my pin to arrive to actually use it. They sent me a debit card for the account that hadnt even completed the switch on so unbeknown to me i went to use use my new debit card and it went overdrawn straight away and charged me £20, since they hadnt bothered to transfer over my closing balance from my old account. They didnt bother notifying me that it was overdrawn till 5 days later in a letter telling me to bring it up to balance within 48 hours of being overdrawn would waive the fee... but since it had already been 5 days to get the letter that was impossible. Hate the site layout too, very confusing to navigate. Statements show blank transactions with no information so difficult to work out where money is going in/out from. Having to manually figure out my own transactions it's so impractical and time consuming. Switching to somebody else immediately.
