Absolute waste of time if you think your going to get through to customer service regarding being a victim of fraud! They put me on hold for over 50 minutes! If I knew it was such an effort to get through to someone I wouldn't of even bothered! I would have physically went to the bank myself! Very unhappy with the non-existent customer service! It's put my off!
