I have just queued in the local branch for 25 minutes and when I expressed my frustration to the cashier she said that no amount of moaning would increase the amount of staff on the counters as Barclays was moving towards everything being done electronically by the customer. When will these big conglomerates understand that it's human beings us customers would like to see, I suppose that would have been called customer service in the olden days!
