Why oh why am I still on the phone after 25 minutes to speak to someone about a erronous transaction on my account.Had some poor fella who really didn't speak my language try to understand what i was trying to say.That went on for a painful 20 minutes now i'm waiting in what I have been told is a very long queue for the payments collection team.Never know it mught be in the UK.I have been a Barclays customer for 20 years .I am desperate to move.
