Had my Standard life bank accounts transfered over to this lot and was shocked out how bad they are. I spent 20 mins on the phone trying to access my account online, i then spent 1 hr 5 minutes on hold trying to use the phone banking, I then got cut off. I then tried to complain online I got an error saying that internet complaints were off line!
The two girls I spoke too were both unable to phone me back and I flattened both out house phone and my mobile phone.
Avoid, avoid, avoid BARCLAYS.
