“Local branch support”

I wish to comment on the staff support I received from the Pimlico branch on Churton street. Due to a very tight schedule I needed to 'sort out' a great deal of personal admin. The staff at the bank were extremely helpful and it seemed that they were willing to put a great deal of effort to help any customer who entered the branch.
