RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH.... all i want to do is pay two new bills. having been forced to wait 60 minutes - obviously too much work for the bos folk, before i can proceed with actually paying these bills... then entering practically all the account numbers and amounts - get locked out as the data wasn't correct? (i had my husband a very logical man, check all my entries) WHY???
this has happened before, they acknowledged there was a problem then, and still have't fixed it. now i have waited over 32 minutes for someone to answer the phone, filling this in whilst i am waiting for an answer... I did start calling before 0900am.. so i guess thats probably unreasonable.
i'm sure its quicker to jump in the car and go and pay the recipients personally... what disappointing and rubbish service folks... this needs sorting...
my suggestion - find another bank, their on-line service has been nothing short of appalling since they were taken over. real let down and such a time waster
