Although I swore I wouldn't use them again after taking a mortgage with them, I then succumbed and arranged to borrow a little more for a house move, after taking months to get this approved and it only being in total 50% of the price I was paying, they then told me they wouldn't lend me anything days before completion as the property I was buying required renovation, this is after telling them this detail in the first instance and numerous times in the dozens of hours that I had to deal with them, and having the funds in place for all of the renovation work, what really annoyed me was their attitude, god awful company, I'm moving my existing mortgage away from them as soon as I can, wish I'd never used post office/bank of Ireland and opted for a broker in the first place.
