NOBODY THERE IS ON THE SAME PAGE

I am attempting to obtain a home equity line of credit. My wife and I are both employed, have considerable retirement savings, and own a business which is paid off. Credit scores are good. Our dealings with Bank of America have been absolutely terrible. The right hand never knew what the left hand was doing. We had to provide the exact same paperwork two or three times in some cases, sometimes to the same person! We started this process in May and here we are in September and BofA still cannot close this thing out. The requests are ridiculous to say the least. I am a financial and accounting professional. I have identified and corrected so many of their errors now I have forgotten just how many. We are at the point now where we are riding this out from start to finish more for the amusement than anything else. There is no way any other bank can be this terrible. We currently have no accounts with BofA and hopefully never will. Please stay away at all costs! I truly feel the employees on staff were hired from an advertisement on the back of a match book. Again, please stay away! Poor customer service and mistake ridden. This bank is long overdue for a class action lawsuit of historical proportions.
