I have been a thinkmoney custmor for 12 years over all ive had a great experience they helped me get out of a mess I was in with dept and my finances and I could sleep at night .I have always found the staff helpful friendly and will always try to help .the fact think money hold your bills in a seperate acount and you know all your bills will be paid is great relief ! I read so many people bashing thinkmoney yes the last few months have been hard with long waiting times on phone ect but they will call you back if you use the change service ! Plus you can do so much on line you rarely have to call think money .there current account is one of the best with no high bank charges sure you pay £17.50 a month but that is small change to what other banks would charge to be over drawn ect .stop giving think money a bashing think of the positives.
