I had been waiting over 30 minutes (from 7:40pm) to speak to a member of staff and it eventually passed 8pm, which is closing time so I hung up.
All I wanted to do is switch some money about so I could go pick up some bits from the shop before closing.
I sent a rather disgruntled message via Twitter saying I'd 'given up' along with a photo of the call duration. I recieved a message back promptly from Becky who said that she would get someone names Louis to contact me and low and behold, at 8:20pm I recieved a lovely call from Louis who managed to sort out my enquiry even though it was technically home time.
Cannot thank him and Becky enough for their awesome customer service. Thanks!
