I opened my account with these guys last year even after reading the poor reviews.first 2 months were ok then,

I was called to upgrade my account they advised that it don't cost anything extra etc etc etc and I get a £300 credit faculty.

so I thought why not the credit came in handy on 2 occasions.

this is were it went wrong and they showed there true colours.

I repaid my credit twice both times early. After xmas I decided I wanted the credit facility cancelled as I did not want to get into debt in the new year(new year new star and that)

then after 1 hour convincing them I don't want this on my account they cancelled it.

after this I had money not arrive in my account.

standing orders sitting there not being paid

when I raised my concerns regarding the standing order they set it up again for the following month that month they sent £500.12 for a standing order that was only suppose to be £200.

PAYDAY EVERYONES PAYDATE IS THE 24TH WERE I WORK.GUESS WHAT MY MONEY DIDNT GO INTO THE ACCOUNT UNTILL THE 28TH. company's fault you may think???

NOPE I do the bacs run at our office and I certainly did not forget about my salary.

so what else could go wrong ???

how about loging onto my online account and seeing a meassage saying my request has been actioned???

strange I did not make a request ????

your standing order has gone out ( I don't have anymore standing orders with you?)

but they kindly sent over some of my money to a company I have no dealings with. THANKS

I could of used that money for the £78.44 phone bill I have from calling you to sort my account out.

worthy of there monthly fee ??????? I let you people make there own judgement.

just to also add I have been on hold to thinkmoney for the duration of typing this email yes you guessed on HOLD.

to summarise

bank with a difference ( they are certainly different)

peace of mind about paying your bills ( pre book a appointment at the doctors you may need some anti depressants)

what you may save on bank charges (you will certainly make it up in fees and phone calls believe me)

oh and yes im still on hold

oh did I say about there card stating it declines on chip and pin units when it hasn't. yes I paid for my shopping 3 times in Tesco's the other week.

did they refund me no!!!!!!!!!

I had to chase Tesco to refund me but funny they needed statements from think money.

log in info for thinkmoney online (the passwords change there self's) magic you may say ????

nope but someone must have changed it ???

it weren't me in fact my password are all the same for EVERYTHING.

THINKMONEY claim I forgot my password (ohhhhh I've been doing it wrong the 15 years)thanks

GOOD LUCK ANY FUTRE CUSTOMERS IT SEEMS I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WITH A BAD REVIEW HAVE A SHOP AROUND.

AND YES I AM STILL ON HOLD
