After being with think banking for nearly 8 years they have finally done their best to make me leave and have succeeded. I have had numerous problems with the bank holding back to much money over the years the £5 lost/stolen card fee and then when I said I didn't want to pay for a new card told they would not let me have my money!!! However I stuck with them purely due to the fact I actually couldn't be bothered to change everything over and I also don't trust myself to keep up with payments and stuff. However this weekend they suffered another technical fault a couple of weeks after the RBS debarcle this time they could not pass the buck to RBS as there computer system transferred money from my salary account to my card account. I checked my online account and all direct debits had been paid and thought they had held to much money back so I used the money they transferred on essential bills! Then at 3.30 that afternoon I received a text saying that one of my direct debits had bounced and my account was £112 overdrawn!! So it is now Thursday the bill is still unpaid and thinkbanking are refusing to help pay it even though their system error caused this to happen it is clear on their website their USP is that any money in your card account is safe to spend without worry!!! When they make an error they leave you without any help to rectify their mistake con men taking £15 a month when they are obviously not doing the job I pay then to do!!! Absolutely fuming and will be saying goodbye to them this month!!!!

We are very sorry you have experienced problems with your account.
We do charge £14.50 a month for a single account but many of our customers tell us this is much less than fees they have paid on accounts with other providers for bounced direct debits and overdraft fees.
