I am going to change back to my normal account next month. I have been with Think Banking for over a year now and have had nothing but problems. My husband and I get paid on different days of the month and evey month I have to phone up when my husbands wages go in because they keep half for bills and put half on card (which was the arrangement) but that night they take the money back from the card to the salaries acccount without warning. I then have to phone up and they apologise giving some excuse and give me the money back. Last night it happened (again) when my shopping was on the check out in tesco. I got a text saying they took all the funds off my card into my salaries account. VERY ANGRY. Could not get through on the phone because of the resent problems. Now my wages came in today and they are suppose to keep half for bills etc.. Well they have taken most of it and given me a few hundred pounds! My salaries account has about too much in it and I will now have to phone up again to sort out. They often pay standing orders that I have cancelled via internet banking. When I phone up they say they cancelled it but RBS didn't (this happens a lot). I've just had enough. What am I paying a management fee for. This bank has caused me soooo much stress nearly every month...Stay clear.
