“Management Fees”

Just become aware that threr was a Management Fee increase on joint accounts from £19.50 to £21.25, a jump of 9%, without any notification giving the reasons for this.

Thank you for your comments. We wrote to customers in February with details of the new fee for joint accounts (there was no change to the single account fee). We believe that our single, transparent, monthly fee represents good value for money. Our customers tell us that it works out considerably cheaper than the charges for returned items and unauthorised overdrafts that they had been paying other providers. IW
