I have no idea why some people are having such issue with this Bank, I have been with them for around 2 years now and have never, not once had any problems mentioned here. As for that fact that they hold on you your money, AGAIN!! never had this. I have money going in and out all month and not once have i every had to call them to have my money moved in to my card account.

I think you are one of the best at what you do. keep up the good work.
