only been with this bank for two months and already had enough.Sick of them putting all my credits on to my salary card leaving me with no money on my card they say its to cover bills when i know exactly how much is due out and when which is always alot less then they are taking which is leaving me with no money very fustrating when its your money they are holding back and you have a child to feed.Feel like screaming when i try to phone them always busy probaly talking to more unhappy customers was told i could expect a 15 minute wait arrgh!!

totally agree with you, i too have had endless problems with thinkbanking and at times not having access to my own money, its disgraceful and i am sick of high telephone bills because of the endless calls i have to make to them.
