Been banking for over a year got asked to change password changed my password but been in a middle of moving house and forgot password they are wanting me to send my passport and driving licence away to them for several days. I can't get access to any money and getting no help at all very poor! Once I get my account back I'll be moving bank not good enough especially when your paying money for the service every month... Needs better customer service
