I have been with the bank for 9 months and it is the worse experience I have ever had so many times I have used in supermarkets and had to put my shopping back this was so embarrassing. When I eventually got through to their call center which took 25 minutes was told "sorry" not good enough, this has happened nearly every other month I pay a fee have moved to another bank where I can speak to people who know what they are on about.
They promote your card cannot go overdrawn well mine has a couple of times, its a shamble of a bank which is not simple and straightforward.
