After reviewing their Loyalty accounts, I now find myself paying £12.95 a month for travel insurance. I drive a company car so will never need breakdown, they removed the emergency tradesman aspect and after having to claim their mobile insurance, decided to take this with my service provider.
A complete waste of money so I am highly likely to change to a normal current account. In addition, the recent "improvements" to their Telephone Banking service mean that you now spend double the time on the telephone trying to find out the same information.
