I have been with halifax for over 7 years, they are a good bank, and they have a lot of good accounts for people.
I have always found them helpful and polite, when I call on the phone they always answer quickly and promptly, their online banking system works very well and I even had some one help me set it up and teach me to use it to my benifit. The only thing I would say is that when you try and make appointments to see someone in person you could be waiting a week or so, I always struggle to get appointments with them. but I see that as something they can improve on, apart from that I have never had an issue.
