“DO NOT GET AN OVERDRAFT - WARNING.”

Written on: 09/05/2012 by youbeentoldonce

Cashier had told me it would be best to get an overdraft so i agreed but only for a maximum of £50. She told me to stay in the limit then the fee's would cost me £1 per day (planned overdraft). So the next day i went to the cash machine, tried to take out £40 but wouldn't let me have it. So I tried it online, worked then. So i got carried away, went over the £50 limit and they let me go upto £270 -(what the hell). My payday came, they made sure i couldn't pay my bills that are still overdue today, they took my hard earned wage and paying the £5 per day daily fee for 7 days at £35 per week, they took for the fee's. Then unexpectedly they sent me a letter saying i owe a further £286.62p and thery gave me 2 days to pay it. This was making me ill. I said to Halifax branch that gave me the overdraft that "if i get taken to court over this, then HALIFAX is coming with me". Now they let me overdraw again. They know damn well i only earn £200 per week. (i have my own company now called -LSHC known as let's screw halifax customers. I am now taking legal action against HALIFAX. And they say they give you EXTRA -worst bank ever. SO be on your guard.

Erm so you knew how much your limit was went over it anyway then blame Halifax. You must have known you had gone over the £50 limit as you state you got " carried away". May I suggest you get carried away elsewhere possibly back to school to learn basic mathamatics!
