Approximately three months ago I paid the application fee and waited for my account to be set up.i waited and waited to no avail and to this day I have no account no official letter telling me the situation and no refund. .avoid this bank as the service is terrible

I'm sorry you've had a problem with your account, if you'd like to ring our Customer Service team then they'll be able to look at why you haven't received any correspondence from us, as this is a very strange circumstance. We'd like to get this resolved as soon as possible to avoid any further delay to yourself.
