whilst Card One do provide an amazingly good service , with very quick , virtually immediate responses and confirmations of card transfer and deposits into the account and payments out of the account , their customer service side is less than adequote
as example I sent two emails within 7 days of each other asking for specific card cash with drawal information , the second email email politely asking for the courtesy of a reply to my first email , no one replied.
and in therefore resorting to phone customer services , I was fobbed off by saying if they are unable to reply to emails that I would receive a phone call , but I explained no such phone was made to me , and the lady who took my call was exceedingly defensive , and not particularly helpful or understanding
but as said other than customer services , I cannot fault their banking operation
