Have ordered from them before. I live in Ireland, so getting good quality band merch is very hard. But these guys ship here. The quality is amazing, and they deliver on time. Wouldn't change a thing, I expect to order from them at least once a month now. The Shipping cost is fair, for the distance that the package has to travel. i ordered a jacket, sticker and pin. The jacket is screep printer HORRIBLY, bad quality, the sticker is small! The pin? What pin?! It never came in the package!! I'm so cross! I want my pin! My order was made on February 28, I asked for shipping to Brazil and so far it hasn't been delivered yet. I know the company may have nothing to do about it, but the problem is that I've contact the support page on the website many weeks ago and it seems like my problem has been completely ignored. I wouldn't recommend the store, since it looks like they don't give a damn about customer satisfaction. (read more)

I ordered two ADTR sweaters, one in small and one in medium... The white one I ordered in small has white paint all on one of the sleeves and it came all dirty. On the back where the design in, there's also a line of white where there is supposed to be blue paint. It's very poorly done, and if it were me sending that to a client who just paid 30$ for it... I purchased a Pathology long-sleeve from Victory Records, and it was a pretty good deal. Most websites would have sold that particular shirt for about $20+ or even more. I got mine for about twelve dollars. The only thing I didn't like was the delivery. I thought that it was a bit much (although it could have easily been worse) and also the fact that it wasn't delivered directly to your home like IndieMerch. (read more)

“Shipping is Slow”

If you are wanting to make an order and ship it to an APO address, you will have better luck flying back to the states, going to a store, buying it, returning back to base. You will even have time to make a stop and get a drink or two. Using FedEx to ship to an APO address has to be the worse idea to this day. You are paying FedEx...to delivery it to the post office, and that alone takes 4 days. Then they send it parcel post so add another month at least to that. Let's think logically people?! (read more)

The webstore of Victory Records is great. Simple layout and easy to find the products you're after. The checkout was easy and not confusing at all, as some online checkouts can be. The prices at Victory Records are incredible. My local Hot Topic wants around $20 for a band t-shirt, and Victory Records asked for only about $13. Also, they have an awesome selection for A Day To Remember (I haven't check out any of the other bands yet). I ordered 2 band T's about 4 days ago and i have yet to see a ups truck pull up to my home with my order, i assumed the transaction was complete when the paged changed and an email was sent to my yahoo address. Wait about a week and a half more. The site tells you that it takes up to five days to even process the order REGARDLESS of your shipping method. Then it takes however many days to get delivered to your house according to your shipping method. Dont get all pissy and critical if you cant even read what's right in front of you.

So, the layout of the store is fantastic, everything is easy to use. But I do have some issues. Its been five days since I've ordered my "counterparts anchor tee shirt". It hasn't even shipped yet according to their website. Also, if you screw up an order, the only way to cancel it is to actually phone the head office in Illinois.
