In October I ordered merchandise for my daughter for Christmas. In November when my credit card statement came,I noticed the company got their money but I still didn't have anything I ordered. I sent an email requesting information on the delivery date. I got nothing so I sent another email. In December I called the number on my bill. I was told the number I called was only for ticket purchases. I file a dispute with my credit card company. Only after I filed the dispute did I get an email from ADTR telling me my items are on back order. I told them to cancel my order. They have terrible customer service! I don't want to do business with them.
