UK customers please please be well aware of this company's returns practices, basically you have very few rights when you buy from them. I have been am dumber for over 5 years and have bought anything from watches to children's clothing and kitchen goods. Whilst the company appears to be offering a great saving you have to wait over a month for the goods, sometimes 2 - in the meantime you have no rights to a refund after the first 7 days of the sale. They make returns very very difficult and you can't do a return on their mobile site. They take ages to refund you. If you have a problem with a delivery it's no wonder as they use DHL in France and Yodel handle it and deliver in the UK. Say no more. I have even one small delivery not turn up and basically have been called a liar despite the fact they were unable to provide a signature or say where the goods were delivered. I've had shoes fall apart - Pablosky, designer items shrink, goods turn up poorly packaged and Joseph clothes turn up unbagged and dirty. Consequentially I have cancelled my membership after 5 years of purchasing £1000's of pounds worth of goods.

Once you have accepted your goods they don't appear to follow the UK sale of goods act. 1979. They have their own strict policy and even if goods develop a fault within. 6 months they really do not care and won't refund you. I have bought several watches and instead of helping me out when a watch has stopped working or taking in water they will refer you to the manufacturer and won't deal with it directly. Your contract is with Vente-privee and they should honour the sale with proper customer service and a refund but they don't and they won't. Stay away.
