“CTOBUY POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS”

I have been doing business with CTOBUY from China since april and have been ordering Handbags, Wallets, Scarves etc. About 6 weeks ago I noticed that they quality of the products started getting bad very quickly and informed them of the problem asking them to look into it as well as to check the items before shipping to me. Their response was "Sorry" and that was it. Unfortunately I already had another 4 orders in process with them which I could not stop and the last one arrived this week.... (read more)

I ordered 4 bags from them and they were AMAZING! I event got offered alot of money for them,which I declined because I liked them so much. It took 2 weeks for them to arrive and via online chat and email I was constantly finding out details on the shipping. I was beyond pleased.

I ordered last week and my order is still on «pending» status... is it long to get answers and orders? I have tried to contact them, but I get no answer at all...
