I have bought 3 items recently from mothercare a changing bag and 2 padded snow suits every single item the zips have broken the changing bag has 3 zips which now all just stay wide open the bag cost £30 when i went into the store explaining how the bag was not fit for purpose was told the manager was on her lunch, after insisting she saw the bag i then received a message back through another member of staff that there was nothing they could do without the receipt - found manager very rude and unhelpful in Nottingham Castle marina retail park branch of mothercare.
