“terribly online shopping experience”

I like mothercare stores, the quality of their clothes is nice and they are reasonably priced. I have placed an order 26 days ago (I was billed immediately) and am yet to receive it. There is no phone number of their customer services and I receive no reply on my messages that I've left via their contact form online. Please do not shop here. It's been the worst experience I've ever had. Avoid it at all cost.
