“online orders disappointing”

Although my experience of store purchases at mothercare are generally ok their online ordering service is dismal.Dont ever order for instore collection because the goods never arrive on time if at all.Staff seem stressed and unhelpful and they never ring you back.I will never order online from them again and its no wonder their business is in trouble.
