ordered the sanctuary nursery furniture paid for the wardrobe in full-bought other 2 items on the baby plan service. told wardrobe would arrive within 4 days. chased this up the week after..as it had not arrived.. was told wardrobe not even in stock. Continued to chase up regularly until the month of november..paying for phone calls-. No real definate answer ever given regarding the wardrobe- told maybe back in stock end of november. last phonecall to customer service revealed order for the wardrobe now cancelled- we had not been informed,the system was apparently down at the time no more info could be given.
Phoned the store in stoke spoke to a helpful staff member \"Jackie\" who arranged for the wardrobe to be delivered to us within the week- coming from Leeds. Why couldn't customer services have done this. they cancelled our order and did not even tell us. we have paid in full for this item and of course wanted matching furniture! stress not needed for pregnant lady!!!disgusting service, would not use again and will advise others not too..ever likely the company is losing money should treat their customers better especially at such a special time!
