I ordered 3 items of maternity wear on Tuesday the 20th Sept on the website. When I paid with my card I forgot to enter the expiry date of my card which meant I had to call customer services to amend this. This in itself was not a problem, but when I gave the lady at customer services my card details the total was not including the 3 for 2 offer which I was entitled to. She said as the money had already come out of my account she could not amend this, and I would have to call back after the items had been shipped. Again, I can deal with this.
However, 2 days later, I checked to see if the items had been shipped, as I wanted to know when they would arrive, and the tracking tool said they still had not been dispatched. I called customer services again, explaining that I was keen to get the items ASAP, and when they will be here. He sounded very puzzled when looking at his computer and went to find out when the items should arrive, and when he came back said they should be here next wednesday, the 28th!!! I have never ordered clothes off any website, even EBay, that have taken this ridiculous length of time to come. I won't be ordering from here again!!! I just hope they do arrive at all!!
