The BMW 3 Series is BMWs best selling car, a premium vehicle within the compact range. The 3 Series are very well-built providing excellent power, comfort and handling in a stylish body. The 3 Series was for some time the smallest BMW car until the BMW 1 Series came along in 2004. Most 3 Series models come with a six-speed manual transmission as standard equipment, with a six-speed automatic optional. Drivers can expect class leading luxury. Also expect top notch suspension, steering and brakes. The E90 saloon was launched in 2006 with a complete makeover, and the newest coupe in 2007. The latest 3 Series offers twin-turbo 335i with 300 horsepower, or 328i and 328xi models with 230 horsepower. The 3 Series Convertible is particularly desirable.

The BMW 318, although a 2 litre is still underpowered, go for a larger engine size, or try the diesel which is more powerful and pulls better lower down the revs. The cruise control is easy to use, takes the strain off the driver and can increase the fuel consumption up to by 5%. BMW servicing can be expensive, although dealer prices drop for cars over four years old. Insurance can also be costly, most models fall are at least group 15, however the 318 is cheapest at group 13, and with an M ...

I would have to say that out of the complete E46 convertible range the BMW 330ci is at the top of the list. The power it has is fantastic, really gives you a buzz when your foots on the pedal. It also have great breaking as well as handling. The looks are superb, a real head turner. M-sport body kit, alloys, leather interior is all top class, and its really a pleasure to have on my driveway. I recommend this to anyone looking for a BMW convertible and I also believe that its a better buy than ...
