Just ordered a portable BBQ, they have taken three payments from my bank card totaling nearly £150!!!! And they have put two orders though for the same product. This order was only made Wednesday (today is Friday)but they are now telling me they cannot cancel the order as it is ready to be sent (not actually been sent though). They are saying I have to receive the items then send them back for a refund!!! What is the point! They havent been sent yet and I am only going to spend a fortune... (read more)

I purchased the deluxe gas portable barbeque only to find I was unable to obtain the gas cylinder that was compatible. I made several phone calls requesting the name and reference no. of the correct cylinder to buy. Each person I spoke to gave me different information. I was told be one operator that it was just a Core Centre and that they new nothing about the items being sold.
