“Disappointing”

First year was great. It's been downhill ever since. We live in Massachusetts and we take good care of the grill. The flame is uneven, the anti flare grills are ineffective, the grills are flaking apart, just a total disappointment.

I thought it was just mine but I have three friends who purchased the same or similar model and they have run into the same issues.
