I am prego with my sixth child and was never successful at BF. I have on inverted and one flat nipple. Latch on was difficult i gave up on BF all five times. I tried the avent shells the last two pregnancies- it helped to draw out the nipple a bit- but none were permanent. I am happy to say that the nipplette is everything it claims.

I have been using it for about a week. Mine is purely cosmetic reasons, I have flat nipples and they stayed out all day today without it. I have been wearing mine as much as possible. My nipples are protruding now and hopefully they will stay out! I have ordered nipple cream as it does make them a bit sore. . I've been embarrassed about my inverted nipples for 20 years. I felt less womanly, especially during sex.
