Oz Cruising poor Service Give me US customer service anytime

We booked a cruise with Oz Cruising to be had 8 months out (booked sep 2013 for Jun 2014) and wanted to cancel it less than a week later because of work relocation. The reply was so typical for an Australian Company - "you ticked the box on our T&C which says no refund".
We are from Australia but have used US based companies several times, and NEVER have we had a "leave us alone" answer like this.
After arguing the case they finally agreed to refund less $100 in 'processing cost' - but alas the refund was never forthcoming and emails not responded to.
It is unfortunate but in the future we will be booking all our travel with HolidaysToGo based in Texas US.
Australian companies really have to learn about CUSTOMER SERVICE.
