    The worst Customer Service I have ever come across. The attitude of the people picking up the phone is too much to bare.

    well i just bought new car on saturday so i called Asda Car Insurance to change it that went ok....i have all my papers but only INSURANCE PAPERS "NOT" they said it will take 2 to 3 days im sick off it ...i have new car and i cant drive it cos of insurance papers...when i called they always say it ...

    Ignorant, annoying on the phone - ASDA Life Insurance gave me one price and sent through documents for me to sign with a different number!

    I had to do all the ringing around myself even though I was fully comp and it states on their website that they will do all this for you. When calling their call centres the people I have delt with have not been able to help. I was left worrying whether I was to blame or not (and still am!) even tho ...

    I was a Asda car insurance customer for nearly 3 years after passing my test in birmingham they was always brill and always looked after me whenever i changed my car or moved across birmingham. Customer service was brilliant cannot fault them. I just wish they would sort out there prices for one of ...
