Hi, This is my experience with Artificial Grass Land. I give two stars because in the end I received the parcel. Thank God. When I ordered on their website I did not receive a confirmation email until the third day! I thought I had lost my money in some rubbish business. Finally they reply well after the 24 hours. The delivery was said to take place within 7 days. It took 12 days. The delivery was given to a third company and Artificial Grass Land stopped kind of worrying about it. They gave my personal contact numbers to these delivery companies for them to contact me. But they left one message and never answered my calls The delivery was then passed between two different carriers making things even more difficult to trace. Finally after many emails where I was worrying that my parcel would be lost, I was told that I would receive the parcel on a Friday. I took a day off from work but the parcel was delivered the day before instead and "luckily" my partner was at home otherwise they say the parcel would be sent back. I sweated for this order so much that I would recommend anyone else to buy any artificial grass from HomeBase or Amazon instead. Your sincerely Denis

I am absolutely delighted with the artificial grass that I purchased from you. It has transformed my garden brilliantly. I have no problems with the dog, (no muddy feet to wipe) and the grandchildren have a lovely soft area to play on. The quality of the grass is great, and looks so effective, I spend a lot more time relaxing in my garden now. I have had many good comments and people enquiring as to where I purchased it from, and I have been very happy to recommend you. You were also very helpful when I spoke to you on the phone, and delivery was very easy, keeping me informed along the way. In the near future, I intend to do my front garden, and I will of course be ordering from you again.

I wanted to dedicate a corner of my garden for a play area for my two year old son and decided on artificial grass as the best surface. Whilst researching how to fit the grass I came across artificial grass lands web site, which I found very informative and easy to understand. Having read the various descriptions and received three samples I decided on "natural" grass. I fitted the turf myself and saved a fortune in the process. I actually found the process very easy and would encourage people even with limited DIY ability to give it a go. Having finished the job I am absolutely over the moon with the results. The grass looks so realistic but of far better quality than I could ever hope to achieve with a real lawn. My son has already fallen over and banged his head but due to the density of the turf he didn't even notice. It is extremely child friendly. Also my dog seems to love it. I have another couple of bits of garden which I now intend to replace with artificial grass. Anyone interested in a cheap lawn mower let me know. One very happy customer.

It's in my nature to shop around, particularly when spending a reasonable sum I like to compare and research the best deal. However I was so impressed with Artificial Grass Land I looked no further. I spoke to an advisor who was friendly and helpful and ordered online that evening. The website instructions and honest approach to laying the grass was refreshing as we had heard it was best to have a professional do it-at a substantial cost. It took a week of evenings to prep, a morning to fit and we are delighted! Living north of the border, two couriers were involved in delivery, but I had courtesy calls from both and she again demonstrated excellent customer service when I contacted her to check on delivery date. She let me know she had received my message and was dealing with it, then called back again promptly with the information. She even fast tracked the delivery so we could lay it before the forecast rain hit! I would recommend this company to anyone and the bounce grass we chose looks and feels gorgeous.

I have returned to the UK about ten years ago and I still have not gotten used to the unreliable, fairly unprofessional and costly service culture in this country. We were in touch with Artificial Grass Land quite a lot beforehand because we had never used this kind of product beforehand. Initially, we even decided to go for a competitor's product because a similar quality was about 10% cheaper. After the first phone call I returned to Artificial Grass Land and they kept being friendly, professional and truly helpful. We followed their suggestions and it all worked out perfectly fine. When buying from companies like this I am happy to see that there are people in this country who are truly dedicated, like to help and stick to their decisions. Keep up the good work!

I booked out someone who supplied and fitted but they didn't turn up so I went on line to see how easy it was to DIY and sent off for a load of samples from lots of different suppliers The first samples to come we're artificial grass, some took weeks to arrive. Artificial grass land were the only ones to chase up my enquiry. They helped me with measurements and what I needed to fit myself. Delivery was fast and the driver phoned an hour before as I asked so I didn't have to wait in all day he even made sure it was left in a safe place,as my wife pointed out was not easy as we had building materials in the garden and my wife was the one that took delivery. we went with the bounce got a great deal and I'm very happy with it but most of all the wife the kids and the dog all love it. Tip I hired a lawn cutter for the weekend £50 well worth it,had a builder in doing my decking so he worked out the sand and got it delivered with the decking materials he lent me his wacker (you should get hold of one if you can),he also helped me get the sand level as my garden is on a slope and I could not do it on my own the only thing I didn't do was hire a skip and I wish I had to many trips to the tip

From first contact "by phone",everything went perfectly,that in itself is not always the case nowerdays.The product itself was every bit as good as had been described.I l aid the grass myself as it was only on my balcony and was very easy to handle,It has transformed the area completly into an extention of the apartment and is being used by the whole family on a regular basis.I have no hesitation in recomending your company to both freinds and relations. After ploughing through plenty of artificial grass samples I found that the quality of miracle lawn was much better than the others. Ordering the grass was easy and they wanted to delivery the grass the next day! I found their website easy to navigate and easy to understand. I also found their fitting instructions so simple. I am a petite 5ft 2 female and I pretty much installed the grass by myself following their instructions. It was really hard work prepping the base, as i had to dig up the existing turf, it probably took me about a week to prepare the base but installing it took just a few hours.I emailed and spoke to artificial grassland several times and they are so nice, really friendly and answered all my queries promptly. Since having the artificial grass, my kids have been out in the garden everyday, they love it. even if it rains, it dries really quickly. Lots of my friends have commented on how realistic it looks. i would highly recommend artificial grassland.

Samples I ordered arrived very promptly, we were really impressed with the feel and quality of the artificial grass. Ended up going with the Miracle Lawn Bounce in the end, as it felt better with bare feet. Ordered our new lawn and it turned up quicker than the quoted delivery times, very happy. The online fitting instructions were really easy to follow and although it was quite hard work to do ourselves (mainly due to all the clay bound rubble we had to dig out of the current lawn area) but was only 2 1/2 days work. The lawn was really easy to install and looks great, very happy with our purchase and now no more grass cutting or boggy lawn after heavy rain! Just wish we had done it sooner!
