From first contact "by phone",everything went perfectly,that in itself is not always the case nowerdays.The product itself was every bit as good as had been described.I l aid the grass myself as it was only on my balcony and was very easy to handle,It has transformed the area completly into an extention of the apartment and is being used by the whole family on a regular basis.I have no hesitation in recomending your company to both freinds and relations.
