Item: Ariston Technologies AWD12
Had our Ariston Technologies AWD12 for about 5 years now. Has had drum and other innards completely changed twice. Now it has gone again and I won't be bothering to get it fixed.
Up to this point it did still dry although less and less as has been mentioned. The knobs have broken, again as other people have mentioned.
Another thing I found annoying was its water saving programmes using the minimum of water mean quite often it doesn't wash properly. Sometimes I have ...

Item: Ariston AL109
The bearing on my Ariston AL109 came loose after about 18 months use, I have been informed that my service/repair company is reluctant to repair as this model has a habit of coming back for the same repair within 2 years.The problem appears to lie with the 1600cps spin speed and a motor inadequate to cope. Very disappointed and no reason to repair as fault will continue to occur unless machine is only run on the slow spin ...

Had 2 dryer fan motors die on me in 30 months - bearings go and blow the thermostat which costs another tenner on top of the £35 for the new fan motor.
