I've been buying Norton security products for close to 15 years. Like an idiot, I never discovered how Norton can get away with taking advantage of people for so darned long a time. Current problem. Almot anyone would agree that having current 'definitions'is essential. Well, every time I do an update, Norton tells me that the update was not complete. My definitions were updated 523 days ago! OMG Norton, you have the nerve to tell me this after I have attempted to have you do a valid, up-to-date update. And try to tell someone at Norton about this problem? Like an email - no answer.
