First it was a struggle to install. I had to get technical support to assist because it kept on getting hung up. Then just a few short months later, the configuration changed and now I am helpless in changing anything because the path changed.
I contact Avira and they tell me I will have to pay for them to fix this problem.
This is ridiculous. When do you stop paying?
