I bought this item on eBay and to be honest it did not work properly. After getting in touch with the manufacturers they told me to send it in and they would put it right. I sent it on Monday and it was back with me on Wednesday, fully updated and working and repaired for free. Even the SD card was reprogrammed and also the spare card that I sent them too. You have not seen a machine with such personlising qualities as trueCall, there are so many personalised settings that truly make this product your own. It answers the phone and will discard any call that you don't want to be bothered with, it will also record any conversation so that you have proof in a legal situation of what was said and when. The cost of a unit is around £89 but let me tell you, the cost is truly justified. You can go online to what is known as a 'Control Panel' and that service is £15 per year but free for the first year. You really have to read what this machine is capable of before you are convinced, but after reading the online advice and information convinced you will be! As said I bought my unit second hand but still they made sure that it worked fully and also said "If you need any more information or help just call us." The machine is small and quite tidy to look at, taking up very little room on any desktop or space near your telephone. The SD card (Bought seperately)70 hours or 140 hours can record an amazing amount of dialogue, and you can edit, remove, archive and listen to messgaes all online after signing up to use the Control Panel. In short if you are being troubled with nonsense calls, telesales and abusive calls and other such problems, this unit is worth it's weight in gold.
