I bought a car for the track which had calibre wheels on it, they had a few scrapes and knocks but were very good still only requiring minimum weights to balance! when changing the tyres it appeared someone had broken one of the centre caps and bodged it back in. I sent calibre a message and they advised me that the wheel was out of production but would have a look for a cap for me which they managed to do! I offered to pay and they said they would send it FOC!

So grateful for the service you've provided and for supplying and finding some center caps for my calibre eclipse alloys couldn't ask for a better wheel company ☺ Would recommend this company to all my friends and any other people looking to buy alloys for there cars!!

Would highly recommend anyone using this company. They offer a great selection of wheels and ofder excellent customer service. I contacted the customer service department about a cracked centre cap from a stone. Within 10 minutes they had located a replacement and were able to send this out the same day. Will definitely be using this company again.

My new wheels are awesome quality and totally pleased with them. Upon losing a centre cap, I contacted calibre via Facebook, and within 10 mins my problem was sorted and I now have a replacement on the way. Very prompt and courteous service. Will be recommendations coming from me, a very happy customer indeed!

Really helpful, one of my Calibre Friction wheels had lost its sticker, within 2 days of complaining I'd received fresh ones in the post! They sent these totally free, great customer service!

I was looking for some new center-caps for my Dezent Motion alloys, because they where beginning to look a bit old, i looked everywhere, but with no luck. I then Got in contact with the Danish main-importer of Dezent Wheels (I live in Denmark). They said that my wheels was never sold in Denmark, only in the UK! So they couldn't help me. Then i found Dezent Alloy Wheels UK on Facebook, i Contacted them and told them abort my problem, and a couple of hours later, they where ready to ship some brand new matching center caps! Having tried to contact Wheelwright via email I was a little dismayed after a few days of not hearing anything back, so guessing the email had been lost in cyberspace I decided to try and contact them via Facebook. The response was more or less immediate! I needed a new set of centre caps for my wheels as they were all a little faded and one had got broken and was spoiling the look of my car. The chap I was dealing with said they were a pretty rare wheel that they didn't have in stock but he'd take a look in the warehouse to see if there were any spare caps. Within an hour he came back to me asking for a delivery address and amazingly a brand new set of 4 caps turned up on my doorstep this morning! Fantastic service! Thank you Wheelwright!!

had a set of wheel from this company which had fake split rim bolts,decided to refurb the wheels and asked for a replacement set which was agreed would be sent out-still waiting and that was 4 months ago.found it very difficult to actually get through and speak to someone and had to send over 10 emails before any sort of reply,the first of which told me to contact the german branch.dreadful customer service!

These guys are great! I recently found myself to have lost a centre cap from one of my shiny Calibre Vintage alloys. Going to the usual channels i could find anything, so was at a loss :( As soon as i contacted the Calibre facebook page (wheel wright) i was greeted with only positive responses. Assured that nothing was impossible and the helpful team have really helped me with locating centre caps (one spare!) So i would highly recommend these people for anything you need whether its spares like my encounter or wheel packages i would hesitate to use these guys! A star rating!!

Great value for money, they set the van off really nice! great to be a part of the UK manufacturing scene and not buying cheap chinese knock offs :) Wheels feel really nicely made and two years later still look good!

I onky bought a set off calibre vintage alloys about three weeks ago and managed to loose a cap driving to work one day. I spend three days looking out for it with no luck, couldnt find any anywhere then stumbled accross calibre on facebook. Sent a wee message and got one sent out. Very very surprised just how helpful and dast they were.Couldnt recommend highly enough.
