“DO NOT BUY ONE”

This is my third Kodak printer and this time will definitely be the last. It is very noisy on start up and takes ages before it`s actually ready to print. I use it primarily for printing from an sd card to A4 size photos, but, it regularly leaves a pair of white lines down the print or marks, likes ripples which mean the print, and therefore the ink, is wasted. Had this problem almost from day one and Kodak have replaced the printhead three times but has made no difference. I haven`t noticed the ink cartridges lasting longer but that might just be because about 50% of the prints get wasted so it doesn`t leave many usable prints per cartridge. It also frequently shreds the paper as it`s printing which is a bit of a nuisance. On the plus side, the menu is easy to navigate, but, that isn`t much consolation if you are unable to actually print anything. Don`t waste your money on one of these, get something else instead. Even an Etch-a-Sketch would give you better results.

“Kodak ESP7 All-in-one printer. ”

Kodak ESP7 All-in-one printer.
I have struggled with this printer for over a year - and it has never performed well. The company has replaced the printer head twice because of the very poor colour quality. One or other of the colours seems to be unavailable most of the time. It's main selling point was cheap cartridges. Well, yes , they are cheaper than other printers, but they do not last as long, and because of the colour issues, seem to be continually being replaced. Physically, it is clunky, noisy and mangles paper regularly. Lots of problems printing labels - very hit and miss, requiring finicky positioning before it will perform. A right load of old rubbish! I have given up and now intend to back to my old favourite HP, along with its high price cartridges.
