Who Designed It?

Just returned from Stansted airport. It hasn't been good for a long time but now it fails on every level. Overcrowded, overpriced, dirty, disorganised, and I have no idea how it passed health and safety because the departure lounge is a disaster waiting to happen. Standing like animals waiting for slaughter last week, I just wondered what would happen if someone shouted 'fire!'Mile long queue to the loos ... if you have bladder problem,s you are in big trouble.
But, lots and lots of retail outlet you wont want to shop... too stressful by far. Returning home almost as bad - over an hour at passport control. The place is a joke.
I fly every month, but not from Stansted any more ... I am telling everyone I know because sooner or later there will be a terrible accident there and passengers will not be able to get out.
Who ever designed it should visit another airport.. any airport... Helsinki for instance. And then they should be sacked, Stansted Airport is an abomination.
